This fundraiser is an opportunity reduce your dues obligations. Any earnings generated by sales will be used to off-set the $100 dues. Thanks to Chad & Lynn Gore for organizing the event this year.
On the Downloads tab of this website you can find the "Cibrone's Hoagie and Pizza Sale" form used to collect your orders. You can also find the "Order Form" document which will be sent to Lynn Gore with payment to the adress on the form.
Profits ($2.50) of each item you sell will be applied to your TJ Soccer Boosters fees. Only checks are accpeted and must be made payable to TJ SOCCER BOOSTERS. NO ORDERS WILL BE PLACED WITHOUT PAYMENT. Orders and payment are due by Monday, August 5th. Pickup will be Wednesday, August 14th from 4-6:30 pm at 403 Hindman Dr. Jefferson Hills.
